OUR HAIR CAN BE PURPLE, ORANGE OR GREEN,
THAT'S NO OFFENSE; IT'S A FREEDOM SCENE.
THE LAW IS SPECIFIC, THE LAW IS PRECISE.
PRAYERS SPOKEN ALOUD ARE A SERIOUS VICE.
How is dying hair a comparison to the bible? in most private schools where this sort of thing is happening hair dye is not allowed anyways. I have seen people walk down the streets with pretty wild hair, likewise I have heard Christians preaching on the streets, some pretty wild statements to be exact ;)
FOR PRAYING IN A PUBLIC HALL
MIGHT OFFEND SOMEONE WITH NO FAITH AT ALL
IN SILENCE ALONE WE MUST MEDITATE,
GOD'S NAME IS PROHIBITED BY THE STATE.
Praying openly will only ever have consequences unless someone reports you, I doubt anyone will. Go to a hall tomorrow and pray quietly NOTHING will happen.

AND PIERCE OUR NOSES, TONGUES AND CHEEKS.
THEY'VE OUTLAWED GUNS, BUT FIRST THE BIBLE.

Were allowed to cuss? in school swearing is a no no .
Who are you to judge how people dress , and unless their exposing too much, why is it yours or the bibles concern?
Speaking the bible aloud is fine in public places, your work or school just might be a little touchy about it (needlessly I suppose) but it in no way makes you liable.....and Guns are not outlawed? neither is the bible? would something outlawed be in EVERY hotel in Canada?

IT'S "INAPPROPRIATE" TO TEACH RIGHT FROM WRONG,
WE'RE TAUGHT THAT SUCH "JUDGMENTS" DO NOT BELONG.
I do not get the senior pregnant queen so I'll skip that.
It is not inappropriate to teach right from wrong, it is inappropriate to teach a one sided morality handed to you by secular religious texts, when you look at the bible it often contradicts itself and you are free to choose which side of the story is moral or

the xian whining is the result of being ousted from power. xians have been the comfortable majority for so long we no longer realize what its like to live in an honest to goodness pluralistic society. this was not a problem for the early believers however - they knew of nothing else. weve been spoiled and now when the pluralistic seizes power we get pissy.
i for one am embarrassed by the way xians seem to expect people who dont have tht Holy Spirit to respect and honor a way of life that we ourselves have difficulty pursuing.
and btw kup - like the cash hurt thing. very cool. Ü

To be quite honest I am really sick of the the PC crap and religious bickering back and forth..I just live my life the way I feel is right and that Jesus wants me to live..so I am not getting wrapped up in all the bull...I am just me and love everyone.

Wow... I love that recording. Don't get too hung up on the bible kupov... it's just a quasi history book. People who claim it's the unerring word of God are just plain goofy. Hell, nowhere in the Bible is that claim even made! What's in there and what was left out was just a political decision in some cases...
I'm a "thrust of Jesus' teachings" guy. Seems to me that the main thrust of his teachings were to love God (define as you will), love your friends and foes... To me, that's just good sense for keeping more of us alive and well for as long as we're around. And... for me? I don't even try to define God. I know I can't look at my kids or a tree or the Sun, or even read your angry questioning without figuring out for myself that it all isn't some accident...
On the other hand, if God is as he (?) is portrayed in the Bible and by many Christian sorts? Well, that's no God I'd worship or give a hoot about.
So? I just walk through my days, dumbly, perhaps, hoping for the best, doing my best, and yet feeling pretty good about my own ever evolving faith...

YEah. Failed to see the point. Prom Queens are supposed to be roll models and pregnent unwed teens in school shouldn't be roll models. Some schools actually DO give you grief for your religeon, the bible isn't supposed to be brought to school anymore, there's no praying in school, and people are fighting to get the word s"Under God" off of money and out of the pledge of alegance.
I, for one, am not "Bitching" about this stuff cuz I "Crave the comfort of power" power is of now consequence to me. I DON'T expect yall to have MY views, RESPECT however would be nice, concidering most of us DON"T Bible thump. It's the few that make yall view all of is in a bad light. Please don't let the jackass overfrivolous XTians bug yah!
